CogniTel is a global commerce & international trading enterprise which began operating on the Internet on March 1, 2004. CogniTel is mainly a web-based company that markets, advertises and sells a wide variety of products and services from hundreds of international companies and businesses.

How CogniTel Began

CogniTel was founded and is owned and currently managed by the C.E.O., Mr. Chadwick Ricketts. A few days before the founding of the company Mr. Ricketts stumbled on Cognigen Networks (Now known as Commission River) which was offering a business opportunity to start an online telecommunications business. He became intrigued and was extremely impressed with what they had to offer. He registered for the business and on March 1, 2004 the company was born.

The name CogniTel was derived from by combining "Cogni" from our telecommunications provider Cognigen Networks with "Tel" from the word "telecommunications". The meaning of the acronym "CogniTel" has evolved several times throughout the company's existence and now officially stands for Commercial Organization, Global Network, International Trading Enterprise Limited.

Future Developments & Plans

CogniTel is working to establish itself as a real world company within the next 2 years depending on the financial support we receive from our presence online, from other companies, financial institutions, government agencies or individuals willing to invest in the company.  When we do establish our self as a physical company we will then be able to directly employ thousands of persons worldwide within our organization.

CogniTel is currently in negotiations with potential local and overseas partners in sourcing funds for the further development of the company which includes the development and construction of a very large shopping center and an entertainment network consisting of radio and television stations, a record company, a music school, a concert hall, a club, a movie theatre and a gaming center with a casino. Over US$400 million is expected to be invested in this business venture and we will need the help from persons worldwide to work for us as home-based data entry sales representatives in order for us to finalize investments from our local and overseas partners.

Our home-based job opportunity was implemented in February 2006 as the company's promotional system in order to advertise and market its products and services internationally. Since then we have done extensive technological research and made significant improvements to the job opportunity to make certain that the opportunity works for everyone who joins it. The job opportunity currently has two types of memberships being free and paid. Our home-based workforce helps CogniTel by reselling and distributing worldwide the digital training materials which contains many links to CogniTel's website.

With each person that our workers make aware of the job and they get these persons to pay us or the workers themselves to join our job opportunity we will benefit from increased traffic to our website which will eventually lead to an increase in sales of all our products and services.
