As an international scholar, the thrill of studying outside of your home country is extraordinary. Your new surroundings are amazing and you're involved in new and exciting experiences. You're seeing and visiting places for the first time, while receiving the benefits of a long-term education.

Caught up in all the excitement, you may not think about the chance that you or a member of your group may fall ill or become injured during your studies. But what if this did happen? Without warning, your experiences can quickly become unpleasant and frightening if you're not prepared for a medical emergency. As a global student, assurance and peace of mind are a priority when you study abroad.

Your educational adventure should be enjoyable and gratifying. Maintaining the ability to be flexible and responsive, International Medical Group has developed Student Health Advantage, a long-term international health care plan designed to specifically meet the needs of international students involved in long-term educational programs. The plan offers a complete package of international benefits available 24 hours a day, providing you and your group Coverage Without Boundaries. After all, you are global. Your health insurance and peace of mind should be too.

Are you a student aged 25 or less enrolled in school or summer camp who will be going on a trip? Are you a parent paying for the trip of such a student? Traveling can be quite an adventure, but it can also be a lot of work. You have to ensure that adequate arrangements are made, the passport is updated if necessary, and the required deposits are paid. But what if the trip is prevented due to illness or injury before or during the trip? What if your selected airline or cruise line should go out of business? Your hard earned payments could be lost.

To help protect you from losing the money you've spent for the trip, there is Patriot Student T.R.I.P., a travel cancellation insurance program. Patriot Student T.R.I.P. is a cost effective, "budget conscious", travel insurance program designed to provide coverage to individual students or a group of students age 25 or younger for trips of 30 days or less for many of those unforeseen circumstances that may force the cancellation of travel plans or interruption of a covered trip.

A covered trip is any travel or sojourn to a destination more than 120 miles from the starting point of the covered trip and not exceeding 30 consecutive days. This program provides coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, lost and stolen baggage, and emergency medical evacuation. Benefits are also provided for travel and baggage delays, emergency medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation. and emergency medical treatment while you are away from home.

Separate from these benefits IMG can provide non-insurance emergency travel assistance, such as helping you replace lost travel documents or lost prescriptions, emergency cash transfers, and legal and medical referrals when necessary. All of these services are designed to make your trip as stress-free as possible. Traveling can be an exciting adventure, but the unexpected could happen. Get the protection you need with Patriot Student T.R.I.P.
